Crypto.com Promotes Travis McGhee to Global Head of Predictions

November 14, 2025 – Crypto.com today announced the promotion of Travis McGhee to Global Head of Predictions, leading Crypto.com’s event contracts and prediction markets offerings, and its planned expansion into additional jurisdictions.

Crypto.com launched its prediction markets offering in 2024 through its CFTC-registered exchange and clearinghouse and affiliate of Crypto.com, Crypto.com | Derivatives North America, and now features event contracts across sports, financials, economics, and politics. Crypto.com has continued to aggressively broaden the offering through various brand and platform integrations, including with the daily fantasy sports app Underdog, social media network Truth Social, entertainment media website Hollywood.com, and social gaming platform MyPrize.

McGhee was most recently Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Markets at Crypto.com, where he oversaw the successful expansion of Crypto.com’s product and service portfolio to include stocks and ETF trading, and was previously CEO of Crypto.com | Derivatives North America. Prior to Crypto.com, McGhee was Chief Executive Officer of CFTC-regulated North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex) and led the company through its acquisition by Crypto.com. McGhee also has broad experience in capital markets, having been an options trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and serving as an executive with Tradestation, OptionsHouse, and TradeMonster.
