• The SNEK/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method. 
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
