DeFi Yield in the Crypto.com App offers you a seamless and straightforward way to participate in DeFi protocols. Earn token rewards through lending or staking without the hassle of using a Web3 wallet!

If you’re interested in DeFi Yield or are already using this feature, we’re giving you a chance to boost your earnings by 10% p.a. across four unique events in the DeFi Yield Accelerator:

1. USDC DeFi Yield Accelerator – Opt in from December 4 to 11 and/or January 12 to 19

How do I participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap on the current DeFi Yield Accelerator (starting with USDC) > Join Now
3. Net Stake or Supply* at least $100 worth of the featured token during the Campaign Period (Guide)
4. Maintain your stake/supply for at least 30 days. This duration starts once the Campaign Period for that featured token ends.

All users who Net Stake or Net Supply at least US$100 for each featured token by the end of their respective Campaign Periods will enjoy an extra 10% p.a. on their stake/supply in Step 4**. This is in addition to the rewards rate displayed in the Crypto.com App. The first 10,000 users to successfully stake/supply per day will win.

*The Qualifying Staked/Supplied Amount is the lowest of the following three numbers: (1) Total token staked/supplied during the Campaign Period, (2) Average Daily Balance of token staked/supplied during 30 days post the Campaign Period, or (3) Maximum Qualifying Staked/Supplied Amount stated below. The additional rewards will be calculated as 10% x (30 / 365) x Qualifying Staked/Supplied Amount.

**The Maximum Qualifying Staked/Supplied Amount is capped at XXX ETH, XXX SOL, XXX USDC, and XXX USDT. Rewards will only be credited if the participant maintains their stake/supply for at least 30 days, starting on the last day of each event. Terms and conditions apply.

Important Information:

• Participation in the DeFi Yield Accelerator (“Campaign”) is strictly optional.
• The relevant Net Stake/supply exchange rate and Qualifying Staked/Supplied Amount shall be as determined and calculated by Crypto.com using a commercially reasonable method.
• In addition to the Campaign Specific Terms, the General Terms and Conditions apply as outlined herein. The above Campaign-Specific Terms form an inseparable and integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and must be read together.  Not available in all jurisdictions. For the General Terms and Conditions of Part 1 of the Campaign,  please refer to the Limited Offer Official Rules for further rules regarding eligibility and participation in the Campaign.
• The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the Campaign Period.
• Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, as determined in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
• The rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account within 30 days following the end of the required thirty (30) day staking period.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The SOL/USD, ETH/USD exchange rate applied will reflect a market rate sourced by Crypto.com at or near the time of distribution, using a commercially reasonable method
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign.
