System Maintenance for Derivatives Trading on 27 June 2022

Please be informed that we will be performing system maintenance for Derivatives trading on the Crypto.com Exchange starting from 08:00 HKT (00:00 UTC) on 27 June 2022. This is expected to take approximately two hours but may vary depending on the circumstances.

During this time, all open orders will be automatically cancelled, new orders will not be accepted, transfers will be temporarily disabled, positions cannot be closed, and position requests will not be accepted. Users are advised to cancel their open orders before the maintenance begins.

Please note that this system maintenance only applies to Derivatives trading. Other markets (Spot and Margin) and transactions in the Crypto.com Exchange will not be affected. The Crypto.com App is unaffected as well. Please refer to status.crypto.com for all the latest updates.
