Crypto.com Supports Ethereum’s Arrow Glacier Network Upgrade

Temporary suspension of ETH and ERC20 tokens transfers on 9 December 2021

Ethereum has announced the Arrow Glacier Network Upgrade, which will introduce various new features and upgrades. The blockchain will be upgraded at block height 13773000.

To ensure the safety of users’ funds during and after the upgrade, we will temporarily suspend ETH and all ERC20 tokens (e.g. USDT, USDC etc.) deposits/withdrawals in both the Crypto.com App and Crypto.com Exchange starting from 9 December 2021, 18:00 UTC.

ETH and ERC20 tokens trading will not be affected.

We will closely monitor the situation and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network proves to be stable. Kindly refer to status.crypto.com for updates.
