Who Qualifies?

1. Active VIP status (any tier) on another cryptocurrency exchange subject to our discretion (“External Platform”)
2. Documented 30-day spot or derivatives trading volume on the External Platform
3. Previous VIP history on Crypto.com Exchange (dormant accounts eligible)
Proof can be a screenshot of your current tier page, volume summary, or account page showing user ID and tier level.

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply for the VIP Matching Program:

Option 1 — Apply via the VIP Portal
Visit https://crypto.com/exchange/vip-portal and submit your application directly. Upload your proof of VIP status or 30-day trading volume, and include your Crypto.com Exchange email.

Option 2 — Contact the VIP Desk by email
Send your proof of VIP status or trading volume to [email protected]. Include your Crypto.com Exchange UID and a screenshot of one of the following:
  • Your VIP or fee tier page showing current status
  • Your 30-day trading volume or AUM summary
  • Your account page showing UID and tier level

Your matched tier will typically be activated within 24 hours. Upon successful verification, you will also receive USD$1,000 in trading fee credits (valid for 30 days) subject to terms and conditions. Your Account Manager will confirm all details.

What Happens After 60 Days?

Your matched tier stays active for 60 days. During this period, your Crypto.com Exchange volume accumulates toward organic VIP qualification.

If your 30-day volume meets or exceeds the threshold for your matched tier (or higher), you'll maintain that tier automatically. If it falls short, your tier adjusts to reflect your actual volume — but you keep any trading benefits earned during the match period.

- All Selected Entrants will receive a confirmation email within 21 days after the ed of the Campaign End Date.
