The Crypto.com Card is a prepaid card. They need to be topped up rather than being linked directly to your bank account like a debit card.
You can apply for a Crypto.com Visa Card after joining Level Up, our rewards programme designed to take your wealth to the next level. Your Level Up plan determines which Crypto.com Visa Card tier you’re eligible to apply for. Visit the Help Centre for more details.
Spending rewards are paid in CRO and deposited into your Crypto Wallet in the Crypto.com App after every eligible transaction. After you add your Crypto.com Visa Card as the payment method for your Netflix and/or Spotify subscription, the CRO rebate will be credited to your Crypto Wallet on the first day of each month. Visit the Help Centre for more details.
You can top up your Crypto.com Visa Card using your Crypto Wallet, your Cash Account, or other credit/debit cards. To do so, go to the Card tab from the bottom navigation, tap Top up, and select your preferred method. Visit the Help Centre for more details.
We offer competitive exchange rates for both fiat and cryptocurrencies, with exact rates determined by your jurisdiction and card tier. You can find more details in the Crypto.com Card Holder Agreement when you apply for your card.
ATM withdrawal fees, interbank exchange rates, top-up fees, and other charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction and card tier. Visit the Help Centre or refer to the applicable cardholder agreement for more details.

Cardholders cannot load cryptocurrency onto their Crypto.com Visa Card. All cryptocurrency will be converted to the respective market's currency and can be loaded onto the Crypto.com Visa Card for use in purchase and ATM withdrawals.

All benefits, offers, and rewards conferred by Crypto.com, including but not limited to merchant rebates and CRO Rewards, are subject to change at Crypto.com’s sole discretion. Where required by applicable regulation, Crypto.com will provide notice of any such changes.
