How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up or sign in to the Crypto.com App (Guide)
2. Go to the campaign section on the home screen and tap CDCETH & CDCSOL App Campaign > Join Now
3. Perform CDCETH and/or CDCSOL Net Buys* worth at least US$50 during the Campaign Period (Deposit Guide, Purchase Guide, Liquid Staking Guide)

*Net Buys = Buys (CDCETH and/or CDCSOL) + Wraps (staked ETH and/or SOL to CDCETH and/or CDCSOL) – Sells (CDCETH and/or CDCSOL) – Unwrap (CDCETH and/or CDCSOL to staked ETH and/or SOL)

Notes:

• Participation in the campaign is strictly optional.
• In addition to the following rules, please refer to the Limited Offer Official Rules for further rules regarding eligibility and participation in the campaign. 
• The Campaign is offered by Crypto.com to Crypto.com App users who have successfully completed the identification process and all other onboarding procedures Specified in the Crypto.com App by the end of the campaign period.
• Any trades that are executed through bad trading practices in Crypto.com’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
• Crypto.com will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely and absolutely determined by Crypto.com.
• The BTC rewards will be credited to the recipients’ Crypto.com App account in BTC within 90 days after the campaign ends.
• Recipients will be notified via email 14 days after the reward distribution is completed for confirmation.
• The BTC/USD exchange rate used to administer the campaign will be determined around the time of reward distribution at the sole discretion of Crypto.com.
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• Liquid Staking is offered pursuant to the Staking Terms and Conditions. Liquid Staking is subject to jurisdictional availability.
• By participating in the CDCETH and CDCSOL App Campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/marketing and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption. 
• In the event of any dispute, Crypto.com reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the campaign.
• In the event of a tie, the reward shall be awarded to the participant whose trading volume was achieved first, as determined solely by Crypto.com.
