There can only be up to 10 managers in each Racer Club. Each manager will share 15% of the in-game pack spend of the club. To become a manager of a club, you will need a RC Shard. A RC Shard is 1/10th of a RC License. RC Shards can be "etched" with the inscription of the hero of the club through an on-chain assignment of IP process. RC Shards can also be 'moulded' (burnt and redeemed). If 2 x 1/10th type RC Shards is moulded it becomes a 2/10th RC Shard.
