System Maintenance for Crypto.com Visa Cards – Europe & UK

Services will be temporarily suspended for Europe & UK Cardholders on 13 May 2022.

Crypto.com will be performing system maintenance for Crypto.com Visa Cards – Europe & UK.

The maintenance is scheduled to commence at 00:00 UTC on 13 May 2022 and is expected to take approximately 2.5 hours.

Please note: 

• Europe & UK Cardholders will not be able to use their Crypto.com Visa Cards during the maintenance period
• All features in the Crypto.com App Card section (EU & UK) will be suspended during maintenance
• Updates to transaction history (EU & UK) may be delayed
