This Ramadan, we’re rewarding new App users in the GCC* who join using a friend’s referral code/link and obtain a metal Crypto.com Card, along with the user who referred them. The reward? A 5% CRO rebate on staked amounts for both the referrer and the referred user, with the referrer eligible to earn up to US$100,000 in rewards.

Metal Crypto.com Card Lockup Rebate (New Users)

GCC users* who sign up to the Crypto.com App with an existing user’s referral code/link and successfully register for a metal Crypto.com Card will receive a 5% rebate on the CRO Lockup allocated to their Card.

How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Sign up to the Crypto.com App with a valid referral code/link
2. Perform CRO Net Buys*** worth at least 100% of the CRO Lockup Requirement for the respective Crypto.com Card in the Crypto.com App during the Promotion Period. CRO purchases for Card Lockup are counted towards this sum. (Details)
3. Register for a metal Crypto.com Card and lock up the required amount of CRO (Guide)

Example: 

After signing up for the Crypto.com App with a referral code, the user buys US$5,000 worth of CRO in the App using their debit card. They then lock up the amount to reserve a Jade Crypto.com Card. They will then receive a rebate of US$250 in CRO.

Crypto.com Metal Card Lockup Rebate (Existing Users)

GCC Crypto.com App users who refer a new user who successfully registers for a metal Crypto.com Card will receive the same 5% CRO rebate detailed above. Remember, you and your referral will remain eligible for the App Referral Programme’s rewards.

How to participate?

If you wish to participate in the campaign, you may consider completing the following actions:

1. Share your unique referral code/link with your friend (Guide)
2. Be rewarded with the same 5% CRO rebate**** on their metal Crypto.com Card lockup once they successfully register for a Card

This rebate is capped at US$100,000 worth of CRO in total referral rewards, and will be granted to the user who referred them as well.**

*Excludes users from Qatar.

**Participants (referrer and referred user) of the GCC Card Referral Campaign are not eligible to receive rewards from the App Referral Programme. The US$25 of CRO reward amount from the App Referral Programme will be deducted from the final GCC Card Referral Campaign rewards. 

***CRO Net Buys = CRO Buys – CRO Sells – CRO Withdrawals

• CRO Buys: USD volume of CRO bought in the Crypto.com App by any of the following methods:
  • Credit/debit card
  • Cash Account
  • Crypto Wallet (e.g. ETH to CRO conversion)
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay
• CRO Sell: USD volume of CRO sold in the Crypto.com App or Crypto.com Exchange
• CRO Withdrawal: USD volume of CRO withdrawn from the Crypto.com App or Crypto.com Exchange
• The exchange rate of USD:CRO is calculated at the time of transaction confirmation.

****To receive the rebates, your friends must meet the requirements outlined for the metal Crypto.com Card Lockup Rebate (New Users).

• The CRO/USD exchange rate used to administer the campaign will be determined around the time of reward distribution at the sole discretion of Crypto.com.
• Crypto.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend the campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• By participating in the campaign, participants acknowledge having read the Global Marketing Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/privacy/global/html and understand that we may use their personal information for the purposes of assessing their eligibility to participate in the campaign, identity verification and reward redemption.
