Streamr (DATA) is now listed in the Crypto.com App, joining the growing list of 250+ supported cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Polkadot (DOT), Chainlink (LINK), VeChain (VET), USD Coin (USDC), and Cronos (CRO).
Streamr is a decentralized real-time data network, offering low-latency data delivery for global applications. Users can publish and subscribe to data streams, enabling the creation of dApps and smart contracts. The platform includes built-in data monetization, allowing autonomous buying and selling of valuable data from sources like security exchanges and IoT devices. With features such as data provenance and encryption, Streamr establishes a global marketplace for real-time data. The Streamr Network is powered by the DATA token, which is used for project governance, to incentivise the Network participants, to delegate stake on Streamr nodes, and for Streamr Hub payments.
