Adidas Originals announced a collaboration with Doodles to release limited edition apparel, sneakers, and digital wearables. The partnership was inspired by musician Coi Leray’s character, Deysi, from Dullsville and the Doodleverse.
After the announcement, Doodles’s average sales price surged by 58% from US$4,048 on 7 August to $6,410 on 13 August, while the sales volume dropped by 3% in the same period.

- Crypto.com announced a multi-year partnership with UEFA. It is the first and exclusive cryptocurrency platform partner of the UEFA Champions League. The collaboration aims to bring unique experiences to fans at the matches and drive fan engagement around football and cryptocurrency.
- Samsung partnered with Web3 game Illuvium to promote Web3 television bundles. The company’s Web3 televisions have integrated support for Illuvium NFTs, allowing users to view in-game weapons and suits from Illuvium’s three interconnected games.
- Zora announced the launch of on-chain secondary markets for its NFTs with Uniswap. The markets are enabled by the ERC-20z token standard, which wraps and unwraps NFTs to make them tradable, similar to an ERC-20 token. ERC-20z also allows collectors to receive secondary market royalties on-chain.
- Sotheby’s will sell a CryptoPunk, a Beeple NFT, and other pieces at a digital art auction set to go live on 15 August. The sale highlights the “interplay between artistic expression and technological novelty”.
- Mocaverse launched Mocaland with The Sandbox. Accessible from 7 to 20 August, the core feature is the Moca Headquarters, where users can complete various quests to earn Reward Points (RP) towards the Round 2 Moca ID Airdrop and other prizes.
