*‘CRO Net Buys’ as stated herein shall mean the total US$ value of CRO purchases in the Crypto.com App minus the total US$ value of a user’s sales and/or withdrawals of CRO on or from the Crypto.com App, which may be expressed as follows:
- CRO Net Buys = Buys (CRO) – Sells (CRO) – Withdrawals (CRO)
- CRO Buy Volume: Refers to the USD volume of CRO bought in the Crypto.com Main App by any of the following methods:
- Debit/Credit Card Purchases
- From Fiat Wallet
- From Crypto Wallet (e.g. ETH to CRO conversion)
- Apple/Google Pay
- CRO Sell: Refers to the USD volume of CRO sold in the Crypto.com App or Exchange
- CRO Withdrawals: Refers to the USD volume of CRO withdrawn from the App or Exchange (pay and send transactions are also counted as withdrawals)
- The exchange rate of USD:CRO is calculated at the moment of the transaction and applied by Crypto.com at its sole and absolute discretion
